Every couple who celebrates their wedding day at Whispering Pines holds a special place in our hearts. We have the privilege of watching couples arrive as clients and, somehow, leave feeling like family.
But this one… this one was one of our own.
On May 16th, we had the incredible joy of watching Matthew and Trinity become husband and wife—and celebrating the marriage of someone who has become so much more than a client to us. It was a day filled with beautiful details, heartfelt moments, laughter, happy tears and, most importantly, so much love.
And while every wedding at Whispering Pines is special, this one will always hold a place in our hearts that is a little different.
A Beautiful Blend of Elegance & Rustic Charm
From the very beginning, Trinity and Matthew’s wedding day felt like a perfect reflection of their love story—elegant, romantic and timeless, while still feeling completely at home among the natural beauty and rustic charm of Whispering Pines.
The ceremony was breathtaking.
A large wooden cross stood as the focal point beneath the trees, surrounded by an abundance of white blooms and cascading greenery. The natural setting of the pines, paired with the soft floral details, created a beautiful and meaningful backdrop as Matthew and Trinity exchanged their vows.
Inside the reception space, navy blue and ivory linens brought a rich, classic touch to the tables. Soft ivory and white florals, delicate greenery and gold accents added warmth and elegance throughout the room.
And above it all, beautiful white draping flowed from the chandelier, transforming the rustic timber-framed reception space into something incredibly romantic. Paired with the warm wood, natural light and glowing string lights, the entire space felt both elegant and welcoming—the perfect setting for celebrating this beautiful couple.
And Then There Was the Cake! 🎂
Of course, we can’t forget the cake!
A classic three-tiered white cake featured delicate textured detailing and was finished with a gorgeous cluster of white flowers and greenery. Served alongside a variety of creamy ice cream flavors, it was simple, elegant and absolutely perfect for their day.
Every detail was thoughtfully chosen, and somehow, it all came together effortlessly.
A Day Full of Love, Laughter & Happy Tears
From the beautiful outdoor ceremony to the elegant reception details, every little piece of the day came together to create a wedding that felt romantic, timeless and completely at home at Whispering Pines.
But beyond the flowers, tables, cake, music and all of the beautiful details, what we will remember most is watching Trinity become a bride.
Watching her walk down the aisle.
Watching these two become husband and wife.
Watching their family and friends surround them with so much love.
Those are the moments that make what we do so incredibly special.
There were quiet, emotional moments.
There were happy tears.
There was plenty of laughter.
There was a little dancing.
And there was even a helicopter exit that gave Matthew and Trinity an unforgettable send-off! 🚁
But more than anything, there was love—the kind of love that fills a room and makes everyone lucky enough to witness it feel like they are part of something truly special.

Matthew and Trinity, thank you for allowing us to be part of your love story—not only as your venue, but as your family.
We are so incredibly proud to have watched this chapter unfold, and we are even more excited for all of the chapters still to come.
