Whispering Pines Event Venue is the perfect place to celebrate life’s milestones and special events, and we were thrilled to host Dylan Jones’ Class of 2025 graduation party! As a sweet, handsome young man and a dedicated hard worker, Dylan’s celebration was a heartfelt tribute to his journey. With a love for baseball since he was little, his party reflected his vibrant spirit and the rustic charm of our venue, nestled among serene pines.
Dylan’s graduation party brought family and friends together in our spacious barn, adorned with green and black decor to honor his Vance County High School Class of 2025 milestone. A “Congrats Grad” tablecloth set the tone, paired with a custom cake inscribed with “Congratulations Dylan! Class of 2025,” topped with a graduation cap. The setup included a memory table showcasing framed photos of Dylan through the years, his baseball memorabilia, and awards, highlighting his passion and achievements. Guests gathered around round tables with green tablecloths, enjoying a meal while reminiscing about Dylan’s journey, with the venue’s large windows offering scenic views of the surrounding pines.
Dylan’s accomplishments were a focal point of the celebration. He earned the ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate™ at the Bronze Level, a testament to his readiness for the workforce. He was also recognized by Acts of Vance County for completing his community service hours, showcasing his commitment to giving back. On the field, Dylan received the Coach’s Award for Baseball from Vance County High School, a nod to his dedication and teamwork since starting the sport as a young child. The lively atmosphere, filled with laughter and shared stories, perfectly captured the joy of this milestone.
We also want to celebrate Adam and Angela’s middle daughter, Tatumn Williams, a 2025 Vance Charter School graduate who has made us incredibly proud. While we find it so hard to believe Graduation Day is here, we are so excited to see her continue to excel! Over this past year, Tatumn completed high school classes, continued her college prep courses, became a NC realtor, worked toward mastering her post-licensing, held a job, and helped us at the concrete plant and the venue. She works behind the scenes, helping to set up tables, chairs, and sometimes helping to clean—many may have seen her working events alongside Angela. Tatumn’s school honors include graduating Magna Cum Laude and receiving the Golden Knight Award. Tatumn, behind you are all of your memories, and before you are your dreams! Keep God first and continue to strive to be the best you can be! We love you and will always be your biggest supporters!
